She then joined the cast of the 1985 sitcom Married with Children, where she played the recurring role of Peggy Bundy until 1997.

During the 90s, Katey Sagal starred in television series such as Tales from the Crypt, Earth Day Special, Trial of Tears, Space Cases, Recess, and Chance of a Lifetime. In the 2000s, she appeared on Tucker, Imaging That, 8 Simple Rules for Dating My Teenage Daughter, Sons of Anarchy, Glee, Brooklyn Nine-Nine, and many more.
